Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Overnights

Registered Nurses and LPN's at Haverhill Pavilion Behavioral Hospital will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborate with treatment team to individualize nursing actions to meet patients’ needs.
• Intervene, as guided by the Master Treatment Plan, to implement nursing actions that promote, maintain, or restore physical and mental health.
• Assist patients to regain health and reduce episodes of illness through resident and family education.
• Assist in providing structure and maintaining a therapeutic environment in collaboration with the patient and other mental health care providers.
• Monitor, report, and document the patients’ behavior and physiological status.
• Continuously collects data that is comprehensive, accurate, and systematic.
• Administer medications and perform treatments/procedures in compliance with facility and nursing services, policies, and procedures.
