Real Estate [Transactional] Attorney

Compensation: $65.00 to $85.00 hourly
Robert Half is partnering with a real estate / investment company in Costa Mesa, seeking a transactional real estate attorney.
Must-haves: experience in retail/leasing and multi-family (drafting, redlining, negotiating), constructing amendments and renewals, and reviewing financing for real estate due dilligence projects (no training will be provided, so please do not apply without prior real estate leasing experience!)
Pay: Contingent upon the ability to handle the above duties independently without hand-holding
Duration: Indefinite, could be contract-to-hire for the right attorney
Hours: 40 hour week, 8:30am start time
Remote vs. On-site: Hybrid, 2 days on site preferred.

- 2+ years of real estate leasing (transactional) experience
