Job Description
The Customer Service Rep primary role is to take responsibility for all contact center support activities. The Support CSR must be able to accomplish multiple tasks and cross train for all complex support functions using our billing and work-delivery systems and have strong PC skills. The Support CSR must be able to support all internal and external customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction in a timely manner. 1-2 years of experience
