Nuclear Medicine Tech- Full Time
Provides diagnostic aid to physicians by conducting organ or body nuclear scans on patients. Administers and records isotope dosages in accordance with established departmental protocol. Observes patients during procedures and reports any abnormal activity. Typically reports to a chief technologist or manager. Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine program and at least 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine. Current BLS certification, and current registration with the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board, or ARRT (N). Call rotations required. Position will be split between Hopsital and Cardiology Clinic.
