Sales Manager (Direct Accounts)
**Location: Tulsa, OK. Making expertise easy.Come and join us in a fast-growing organization and accelerate both our company and the entire drone industry.About the role:As a Sales Manager for Direct Enterprise Accounts at our company you will be a primary driver of landing and expanding our business into enterprise accounts across several key industries. You will actively qualify accounts and build a strong understanding of potential customers’ businesses to effectively communicate our company's end-to-end value proposition to them. You will work closely with our internal product and marketing teams to hone our target customers and solutions. Managing the full sales cycle from lead to close will be your primary objective.Consistently meet and exceed quota goalsPrioritize your high propensity accounts and develop an engagement strategy for each account to identify key contactsDevelop a deep understanding of your customer’s business, workflows, and pain pointsEngage cross-functional teams to maximize the value propositionsGather and share intelligence on competitor activity with marketingWork with sales engineering and customer success to provide effective demos and/or product training as necessaryResponsible for forecasting and tracking activity in Hubspot, keeping management informed in a timely fashion, and identifying new opportunities in existing and net new accountsRequirements:4-7+ years of successful enterprise software, hardware, and SaaS sales experienceTeam playerHunter mentality - direct sales experience with small, medium, and large enterprises with emphasis on medium to largeComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (startup experience preferred)Drone and Photogrammetry analytics experience is preferredIndustry expertise in one or more of construction, mining, or inspection#Li-Hybrid
