Social Media Coordinator
Arco Media Group is looking to hire a Social Media Coordinator to join our team full-time. This is a hybrid in-office and work-from-home position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media and who would be able to engage consumers in the e-commerce market. Daily tasks in this position include (but aren't limited to) creating organic and eye-catching copy for all social media platforms as well as email campaigns, and collaborating with our graphic designer to help produce fresh content including posts, stories, reels, and more. Our office is located right in the heart of Red Bank, NJ, and the work environment is vibrant, friendly, and growing fast!
Daily Functions Include:
- Scheduling all social media posts via Hootsuite
- Implementing creative ideas to engage with our followers on social media
- Market research including competitor analyses and ad research
- Actively looking for ways to stand out on social media and jump on new trends (i.e Reels, IG Lives, TikTok)
- Engage social influencers
- Creating and sending weekly promotional emails
- Adhering to monthly social and holiday calendars
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of social media experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in marketing or relevant experience
- Superior verbal, written, copy editing, and proofreading skills
- Detailed-oriented, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently
- Experience with content creation apps
- Proficient in social scheduling platforms
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members
