Job Description:

You will be providing IT Technical Support to internal Team Members utilizing the company's software, hardware, and services. If you have experience working in a technical support or help desk environment, enjoy providing great customer service, and want to be a part of a fast-growing company helping the community, this may be the role for you!

Preferred Experience:

• 3-5 years of Help Desk/Tech Support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software and networks.
• Knowledge of basic networking comprehension (switching & server knowledge, Quality of service)
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
