System Administrator with Security Clearance

As a System Administrator at Octo, you will support the VA staff that focuses on enterprise messaging, directory services, and eDiscovery team support inclusive but not limited to administration, training, case management, and technical electronically stored information collections and server administration. The ideal candidate will have knowledge to receive, triage, manage, data mine, and track case requests and litigation. Highly desirable to have experience in data mining support utilizing Microsoft Exchange Management Console, Microsoft Exchange Admin Center, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft PowerShell, Mailbox History, VA Exchange Migration Portal, and MDEM-LT Decryption Platform. Ideal candidate to have knowledge of eDiscovery support using Microsoft O365 eDiscovery platform, (enterprise solution allowing one to manage legal, regulatory, and investigative matters within one application) and provide the resulting technical system recommendations for the data collection and generation. Must be able to troubleshoot problems and issues identified by customers and implement corrective actions quickly. Us... The eDiscovery program is supporting the Department of Veteran's Affairs staff on enterprise messaging, directory services, and eDiscovery team support inclusive but not limited to administration, training, case management, and technical electronically stored information collections and server administration. Skills & Requirements Requirements... * eDiscovery activities based on the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) * Office 365 (O365) support - tier 3 * Utilize Discovery Attender to perform separations and searches * Collecting email data (both encrypted and non-encrypted) * Service Now ticket management * Decrypting Rights Management Service (RMS) and Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (SMIME) via custom decryption platform * Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request management * Performing mailbox keyword searches and analysis * Restoring individual mailbox items by contact with users' desktops via screen share as well as if items are permanently purged from system, perform restore of items using mailbox extraction process * Create accounts and training to support Office of General Counsel reviews * Litigation holds and R&D management * Project management and data mining support * Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong technical documentation skills * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in dynamic team environment * Proven track record in demanding, customer service oriented environment * Ability to communicate clearly with all levels within an organization * Excellent analytical skills, organizational abilities, and problem solving skills * Must be able to obtain and maintain public trust clearance Desired Skills: * Demonstrated experience in the use of Office 365 (O365) support - tier 3 * Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal organizations Years of Experience: 5 years of experience of IT system administration experience and experience with eDiscovery. Education: BA/BS degree in a computer discipline, or equivalent applicable experience. Location: Remote within the United States. Clearance: Ability to obtain government clearance.
