Brief Overview
Amwell is seeking a motivated and collaborative Talent and Learning Operations Coordinator to join the Talent Management and Learning Team. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the management of talent and learning systems, and successful day-to-day administration and support to ensure internal and external users have access to critical learning resources. This role requires someone that is detailed oriented, strong in project management, highly responsive communicator, excellent in engaging and supporting multiple stakeholders, and able to effectively coordinate across various systems and priorities to deliver results.

Core Responsibilities
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Manage technical and functional day-to-day operations, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, content management and overall health of system.
- Develop standard operating procedures around LMS Administration and establish and maintain standards to ensure data integrity and best practices related to the LMS.
- Review regular system releases, determine potential impacts, and coordinate actions to further assess and prepare for impacts across all LMS features.
- Respond to ongoing questions and troubleshoot to ensure quick and proactive resolution and customer support.
- Work with vendor to address and resolve LMS issues.
- Reporting: create, generate, and distribute a variety of standard and custom/ad-hoc reports; manage the generation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Perform work of a very detailed nature requiring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
Performance Management Platform Administration
- Technical administration of the Betteworks platform used for company, team and individual quarterly OKRs as well as performance management
- Operate with a high sense of discretion and privacy with information
- Troubleshoot, and quickly respond to user issues, proactively follow up and address questions on a daily basis
- Manage back-end aspects of the platform to design processes, maintain privacy, accuracy of data and records, ensure seamless, simple end user experience
- Ensure privacy of data, and ensure accuracy of reporting data in a timely manner
Learning Project Management
- Oversee and project manage - coordinate, support logistics and other necessary support for successfully delivering learning (eg. events scheduling, virtual events hosting, participants registration and participation, follow-up communication)
- Create, administer and manage learning effectiveness and satisfaction surveys; deploy, gather and analyze results
Team Coordination
- Support Head of Talent and Learning with project planning and management across learning team by using Smartsheet tool
- Support Head of Talent and Learning with producing quarterly reports and dashboards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience with learning technology, preferably LMS administration, management and coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and coordinate priorities across multiple stakeholders to achieve deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Experience in project managing training implementation and/or leadership development programs, including creation of collateral materials (brochures, toolkits, etc)
- Strong communication skills including clear and concise writing
- Strong command of excel, and power point presentation creation
- Bachelor's degree preferred
