We are seeking a Revenue Accounting Senior Manager as part of the Company's Corporate Accounting team reporting directly to the Global Controller. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the Revenue Accounting team in ensuring that revenue is recognized in accordance with US GAAP, reviewing customer contracts for their impact on the financial statements, staying current with relevant technical accounting literature, preparing technical accounting memos for complex revenue arrangements, and overseeing the financial statement close process for all related accounts. This position will work across the finance organization as well as other key teams such as accounting, tax, FP&A, legal, investor relations, human resources, corporate communications, and other business partners. You will join an amazing team of Accounting and Finance professionals.

What will the Revenue Accounting Senior Manager do?
• Key player in the ERP system implementation for the revenue cycle including cleansing legacy data, data migration and reporting
• Manage the Revenue Accounting team responsible for revenue operations, month-end close and revenue reporting
• Complete month-end and quarter-end close assignments, including reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate closing of the books
• Analyze deferred revenue including lifetime subscriptions and promo credits
• Develop and implement revenue process improvements to increase operating effectiveness
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional partners to provide revenue recognition guidance, including contract reviews and non-standard deals
• Assess revenue accounting implications for new offerings and advertising/partnerships launches and prepare technical accounting memos and appropriate documentation for external reporting and audit requirements
• Responsible for documentation of key revenue policies and procedures
• Design, implement and document internal controls related to revenue cycle to ensure compliance with SOX 404
• Partner with SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting on revenue related footnotes including draft footnotes and prepare deliverables that will be maintained on a quarterly basis to support disclosures
• Interface with external auditors specifically around revenue recognition, as needed
• Special projects as needed
What we are looking for in a Revenue Accounting Senior Manager:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation required
• 10+ years of combined experience in public and private accounting
• Proficient knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Strong understanding and practical knowledge of ASC 606
• Prior experience with ERP system implementation for revenue modules under ASC 606 a plus
