A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING ASSOCIATE / SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
As a Marketing Associate / Sales Customer Service Rep, you have the creative challenge of increasing brand awareness for our industrial manufacturing company. You have a knack for identifying customers' needs and effectively communicating how our business can meet those needs. Knowledgeable about the principles of promoting and selling products, you design marketing materials that appeal to our client base. As someone who is tech-savvy, you enjoy creating digital content and managing our social media campaign.
Your natural understanding of what makes people tick serves you well as you handle various communications tasks. You provide excellent customer support as you follow up with our clients over the phone. Always helpful and attentive to detail, you process quotes and facilitate purchase order approvals for jobs. QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree
- Experience in a marketing or customer service role
- Digital marketing experience
