Spot Welder

Our client in Columbiana is looking for a Spot Welder for their manufacturing plant.

Duties:

• Operate single and dual tip pedal activated spot welders/resistance welding
• Verify welding tip alignment and make adjustments to maintain quality of product
• Perform tip changes and adjust heat schedules, Dress/clean welding tips
• Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and quality control checks
• Stack, band, and label finished product, Operate forklift

Schedule

• Swing Shift – you would work BOTH SHIFTS
  • (Day turn 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Monday–Friday; Afternoon 2:30 PM – 11:00 AM Monday–Friday)
• **SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL OF $1.00 / AFTERNOON TURN**
• Possible overtime and Saturdays when needed
