JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of all manufacturing activities in accordance with current GMPs.

JOB DUTIES

• Executes basic manufacturing procedures (cleaning, solution prep, equipment prep) under direct supervision.
• Accurately follows and completes required documentation (batch records, forms, Quality system documentation) under direct supervision.
• Expected to adhere to all procedures, including gowning and safety requirements, at all times.
• Supports manufacturing activities outside of core hours under direct supervision.
• Assists in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, as assigned.
• Assists with validation activities, as assigned.
• Performs defined PMs on manufacturing equipment under direct supervision.
• Completes all required training in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

PREPARATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• 0-2 years of GMP manufacturing, pharmaceutical or medical device preferred

PERSONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Must be able to work alone or in a team and can follow procedures exactly
• Excellent communication, drive, and decision making skills and will have to be very comfortable with technology
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds
