Care To Stay Home is looking for experienced Caregivers to join our team. Our goal is to provide the best care to our clients.

  • Compassionate:Understands the importance of serving our seniors in our community, is passionate about providing the best care, and is reliable.
  • Experience:Has at least 6 months of experience working with the elderly (personal or professional)
  • Transportation:Has a reliable car/vehicle and a current Driver's License.
  • Certification:Current HCA or CNA (NAC); ability to renew it (if expired), or willingness to complete our free HCA training and testing process.
  • Communication:Proficient communication skills in the English language.
  • Availability:Is available to live-in with a client 3-4 days per week.
  • Covid-19 Vaccine:It is not mandatory but highly recommended.
  • Ability to pass Background Check, References Check, and Work Authorization verification.
  • Ability to perform the physical demanding duties of the position.

Job Overview:

As a Caregiver at Care To Stay Home, you will play a crucial part to our companys success by interacting directly with our clients. Your objective will be to help individuals have quality of life by helping them perform their simple daily functions, meal prep, light exercise, local transportation, social interactions and housekeeping.

Job duties:

  • Help clients with activities of daily living, including, but not limited to, ambulation and mobility assistance, personal care and hygiene; dressing and grooming, bathing/toileting, meal preparation, medication reminders, feeding
  • Transporting client to appointments (if applicable)
  • Completing light housekeeping duties for clients
  • Assistance with wheelchair/walkers
  • Provide excellent companionship
  • Animal care (if applicable)
  • Assist clients with physical therapy and occupational therapy exercises (if applicable)
  • Be able to recognize emergency situations and act quickly to get the client the help they may need.
