Job Description
Barkers Coating Solutions, LLC. Is a family-owned powder coating and blasting company located in Ephrata, Pa. Join our team as we strive for excellence in everything we do, including Finishing and refinishing anything metal to the northeast region of the country. We value respect, self-motivation, detail oriented, dependability and excellent communication at Barker's Coating, and we are looking for a Full Time General Laborer to join our team who will earn $14.00-$20.00 hourly depending on experience.
Essential Skill:

Essential Duties:
• Prepare product for coating • Applying finish • Package product to skids or boxes • Operating forklift
Position Requirements:
• Must have valid driver’s license • Complete support or willing adherence to Barker’s Coating Solutions mission, vision, and core values. Applicant must hold these as standards as his/her own. • Ability to lift 50lbs • Ability to work alongside of other people
