Job Description

To ensure the highest level of Food and Beverage service in all Beverage outlets as well as managing the evening operations of the Restaurant. Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a consistent and controlled atmosphere providing Food and Beverage products.

Responsibilities

Supervision of all Beverage outlets, Restaurant and service staff

Be well versed in all activities of all outlets and hotel and communicate to staff.

Maintain a clean physical appearance, ensuring that the bar is set to specification at all times to hotel and health standards.

Assist in all Liquor Controls maintaining qualities of product.

Improve Lounge profit and budget by implementing promotions, table tents, special events, etc.

Thorough knowledge of cashiering and closing responsibilities.

Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently and effectively. Pre-meal meeting conducted with service staff on a daily basis. Supervision of floor during operation. Insure that service personnel follow service scenario. Monitor timing of guest experience. Handle all complaints to the guests' satisfaction. Maintain a consistently smooth running operation. All staff on duty as scheduled. All side-work complete. Insure work assignment rotation.

Monitor consistent of service, kitchen and stewarding staff. Monitor and critique the quality and consistency of the beverage and food products. Monitor guests, satisfaction and Medallia results

Monitor staff dress code and standards of appearance

Post schedules timely and in accordance to company policy.

Weekly Inventory of equipment and ordering of equipment in accordance to established pars.

Comply with all policies and procedures in regards of payroll and gratuities.

Maintain all cost control and requisitioning procedures.

Maintain all beverage standards of service.

Comply with all Departmental administrative responsibilities.

Schedule and conduct all departmental OST meetings.

Comply with all MOS standards.

Comply with all company standards.

Qualifications

Flexible schedule

Be able to clearly communicate with associates all Company/hotel policies, business levels and job assignments Be able to work mainly pm closing shifts of the Bar and Lounge

At least two years of bartender experience in an active and busy bar/lounge.

High School Diploma

Tips and Food Handler's Certification required.
