Summary/Objective
As account specialist, you will be an intricate part of the sales team by helping to ensure an excellent customer experience and quality sales support through timely and accurate communication. The Account Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and growing all assigned accounts through active accounts and new leads.
- Follow Sales Strategy and Execution: Drive new business and sales experience. Coordinate and maintain relationships with hair replacement centers, barber shops, and salons.
- Connect: Generate outbound calls, emails, and virtual customer visits with existing and new customers daily
- Achieve New Business Sales: Drive organizational growth and profitability.
- Product Placement: Develop product plan for clients based on selling history & potential
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Always uphold and represent all Jon Renau CORE Values
- Manage client expectations and cultivate relationships with continued focus on development of new accounts
- Actively and consistently negotiate products in stores to increase market share and meet/exceed sales goals
- Support and utilize all educational tools and resources to improve the client experience and reduce returns
- Execute effective strategies to book clients for education courses
- Order entry and process returns
- Track and monitor sales trends to react to business when warranted and for planning purposes
- Maintain updated client records
- Identify and qualify lead opportunities
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Travel
Travel required for client visits, seminars, and training
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 Years of customer service experience
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Computer experience required
- Beauty Industry Experience Required
- Cosmetology License is a plus!
Work authorization/Security Clearance
Must be eligible to work in the United States of America

Compensation:
$42,000 + Commission = up to $60,000 with growth potential
