Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative

DASH Medical Gloves is looking for a professional, reliable, and enthusiastic customer service and inside sales rep to join our growing sales team. If you enjoy helping people, talking on the phone, and have a knack for sales this position is for you! We would consider a dual role as well as applicants that would prefer either the customer service or inside sales role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions, pricing and availability, order processing, and order status requests.
• Provides customers with product details – features, benefits, competitive comparison.
• Consistently maintain sufficient phone activity daily
• Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Make necessary updates to accounts to maintain accurate contact information
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Occasional Tradeshow attendance

Qualifications:

• Call center and/or inside sales experience is a plus, not required.
• Strong listening, communication, and selling skills
• Excellent time management and follow-through skills
• Ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with using CRM software a plus

Pay based on experience.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8 hrs/day

Shifts may vary. Hours between 8am - 6pm
