Job Description

Summary:




  • The Infrastructure Technician III leads on-site skilled infrastructure/structured cabling work in the installation, service, and maintenance, repair, and alteration of low voltage category cabling, fiber optic cabling, communications cabling, and other various low voltage cabling systems.



Position Details:




  • Hourly position based upon experience & skill level

  • Contract position through Dec; with possible extension(s)

  • Standard work hours: Sun-Thurs 6:00 pm 6:00 am (OT as needed)

  • Location(s): Mobile - Supporting Indianapolis, IN area, and surrounding areas. Open to other travel within the U.S. as needed.

  • Requires a valid Driver's License and a dependable vehicle



Education Requirements:




  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.

  • Associate degree or Certification in a technology service/technical discipline, or equivalent work experience preferred.



Experience Requirements:




  • Comfortable with travel - Supporting Denver, CO and surrounding areas. Open to other travel within the U.S. as needed.

  • 6+ years relevant cabling experience in a lead role.

  • Proven ability to install, terminate & test copper/fiber cabling

  • Conducting site surveys

  • Able to read blue prints
