Global telecommunications company is seeking a Paralegal to join this team, this is a junior level with growth opportunity working closely with Company counsel at Concord NC headquarters

Th is is a direct hire position with a salary of $60,000 - $65,000 with good benefits

JOB SUMMARY :

Primary responsibilities include providing research and analysis for a variety of compliance and legal matters and to help ensure compliance with Federal, state and local laws.

Review contracts and maintain files and documentation on contract for the compliance monitoring process

Maintaining Database, providing reports as required, preparing compliance material and presentations, providing assistance in legal picture and creating legal summaries

Working closely with corporate counsel on all matters including regulatory compliance
