Production & Sponsorship Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze, research requesting organizations, sponsorship proposals and recommend participation levels

Maintain data management system of sponsorship activity
-
Coordinate sponsorship-related sales, promotional, educational activities, media and branding elements for corporate sponsorships

Coordinate activities and tasks, if included in sponsorship package, including but not limited to company representation, on-site promotion(s), advertisements, etc.

Develop proposed and coordinate event attendee lists at sponsored events with Division head to ensure full event participation

Coordinate senior activities related to sponsorships, including but not limited to in-kind, donations, event booth, etc.

Organize sponsorship details, including but not limited to contracts and payment

Produce event itinerary detailing all required elements

Coordinate and facilitate employee volunteer activities for company events

Company liaison for sponsorship requests and production contacts including but not limited to outside vendors.

Facilitate the exchange of files between Peoples Health and print/media vendors.

Coordinate bidding, contract administration and budget reconciliation for marketing, communications and promotional items for various company-wide projects

Project management for advertising deadlines, mailing list submissions and lead times to ensure smooth transition of updated materials,
-
Submission of production requests for procurement sourcing codes and toll-free numbers for marketing

Required Qualifications:

High school Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 3+ years of marketing experience

2+ years of experience in communications, public or community relations

2+ years of Marketing experience

2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft office such as Microsoft Word (ability to create, edit and save documents), Microsoft Excel (ability to mail merge, table formatting, database management, pivot tables and graphs) and Microsoft Powerpoint (ability to create, edit and save presentations)
