Project Management Role

• Focused on internal customers - Principal support of the SM team – Focus on excellence through standardization and consistency.
• Primary responsible for administrative tasks related to Projects and Services Execution.
• Responsible for orders booking in SAP
• Service maintenance through life-cycle in SAP
• Assist with Cash Management – billing, cancel/rebills, collection, and dispute resolution

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of opening and maintaining services in SAP-Collaborate and work closely with the ITO team
• Assist with the testing, implementation, and rollout of SAP for services execution
• Work with SM to develop and maintain schedules.
• PO requisition for services/materials via Ariba. Mange goods receipts (where applicable)
• Ensure proper tax documentation is provided and that SAP is correctly showing the taxes (where applicable)
• Enter and maintain job information in Nexus Operations Systems
• R3 meeting support to enable correct project structure, release, and execution
• Request invoices/credit notes, support with disputes resolution - Understand the IBS and ICH process for billing internal orders
• Complies invoicing package for T&M jobs – ensuring all needed documentation is provided to the customer
• Cross Check specifics requirements for project administrative closing - Run the project through the TECO checklist to make sure there are no outstanding issues (financial and project completion checks)
• Help SM´s to correct project defects and Manage project metrics to decrease defects
• Assist with requests to compile and share information with Customers, Finance, Credit Team, Auditors, etc.
• Customer set up in SAP – as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining and triggering Billing and Rev Rec plans based on information from the SM/PM

Shift: 8 am to 5 pm (Can be flexible)
Working days – Monday - Friday
Assignment length: 1 year (potential temp to hire)
Hybrid role: Remote and onsite
