Plant Manager / Lean Implementation

Plant Manager or Operations Manager seeking a Plant Manager role.

Duties:

• Will manage two plants that are close to each other and mentor Business Unit Managers in lean implementation.
• Provides leadership to various operations teams to ensure that each facility meets or exceeds the specific goals set forth for each year.
• Develop long-term strategic plans to ensure the operations teams are capable of supporting future business growth.

Requirements:

• Must have a proven track record in the implementation of lean manufacturing.
  
• Should understand high volume, small parts assembly of mechanical or electrical components.
• Must be able to mentor supervisory personnel in lean manufacturing.
• This position is located on the north side of Rockford and could also be commutable of Madison, Wisconsin, or possibly Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
