Supply Chain Analyst (Hybrid/Office)
Job Description Summary
The role plays a key role in leading, planning & executing a successful roll-out of strategic projects like RECODE (portfolio simplification & optimization project).
The role has the responsibility to coordinate end-to-end Supply Chain Planning & Execution activities to deliver business continuity, maximum customer service and optimized inventory health regarding RECODE roll out transitions.
In addition to the key deliverables of Project Management (i.e. clear guideline & status communication, stakeholder management, project status dashboarding, proactive risk mitigation, supply & demand management with regions, capacity management with all suppliers, ), expectations are the role will play a key role as a Change Agent in how the organization drives these transformational projects and delivers added value to our business growth aspirations.

The role is expected to install & follow a disciplined and agreed project execution methodology, schedule, and framework for supply planning. The goal is to provide product supply management leadership by active input into the program and project strategy & vision, ensuring alignment of the program strategy with operational delivery.
A direct link to process performance (Inventory and OTIF) needs to be combined and will liaison with cross-functional program teams to understand business strategy and future program needs. This requires partnering closely with functional teams like central Regulatory, Manufacturing and Global/Regional Supply Chain teams to prioritize improvements. Also, working across Business Unit project teams that are representing the segments and business units on a global level, and regional teams.
Other elements include:
Build & develop BDX cross functional network to support data collection activities for key data needed to support business continuity and integrated supply chain transition strategy /execution.
Build & develop effective and efficient processes to gather, collect, consolidate & analyze large amounts of product related data, as well as enable business continuity insights and decision support.
Identify, communicate, resolve, and escalate any data quality related risk that may potentially derail/delay objectives or adversely affect business continuity.
Consider user experience, ensures effective adoption, implementation, and review of data quality process, collaborates with relevant management to gain buy-in/ownership of data quality.
Planning The Change
Ensure the right stock build up plans, phase in/out forecast plans and manufacturing work order phase in/out are in place and alignment between Global, Regional & Functional teams to ensure market supply continuity (avoid risk of revenue loss).
Co-lead Global Inventory performance and being responsible for coordinating continuous improvements in master data parameterization to achieve effective global inventory planning, ultimately resulting in improvements in service.
Responsible for facilitating manufacturing capacity planning & DC storage volume reviews including ASR submissions.
Ensure the right Safety Stock Methods are communicated and in place in the regions to accommodate the business continuity objective (ex: Time Phased Safety Stock)

Instill intimacy with the SIOP/MBR processes across the Global & Regional organizations:
Attend the necessary Demand, Supply and/or Management Business Review (MBR) meetings to support the Regional & Global Supply Chain planning teams in their respective S&OP processes.
Responsible for developing and maintaining critical monthly and ad hoc scorecard/reports for senior management including global inventory build ups, capacity utilization reports, and potential back orders impacts.
Ensures timely collection and review of the appropriate information required for this forum to accurately determine Global inventory/ supply plan
Interface with all Regional & Global Supply Planners leads for assessment and understanding of their needs.
Consolidate, challenge the regional input for the monthly forecast and annual LTP processes

Key driver in change management, knowledge building/retention and talent development
Drives users to deliver results and sustain operations, CI & Knowledge transfer, aligned to developed performance metrics
Supports the development of the organizational capabilities related to end-to-end or functional process and the overall Business Process Management strategy
Act as a change agent in driving supply chain and business initiatives and guides the team trough diverse changes
Executing The Change
Monitor the product deployment plans from plants / vendors to all DCs, and any other pertinent locations
Track last work order management in plants and ensure this is in line with the planning made with regards to end-of-manufacturing dates, end-of-sales dates and end-of-order-fulfillment-dates
Track compliancy in execution of product storage and flow from Plants to DCs to country/customers. Ensure an air-tight control mechanism is in place in each storage location. With the goal to execute the plan as planned and in a compliant fashion
Coordinate batch activities with Supply planning, regulatory, quality and logistics operations to guarantee business continuity during the execution of the first batch inspection process and its implication within the EMEA markets.
Translate the key element of the business strategies into tactical functional initiatives to meet the service and objectives across the regions.
Facilitate deployment / allocation in short supply situations. Creation of manual allocation to the regions to allow fair share deployment and intercompany shipments.

Logistics
Work closely with Global Logistics team to co-develop inventory segregation and management policy for Global, Regional & local Distribution Centers. Ensure alignment to planning.
Governance of buildup inventory flow from MFG Global DC Local DC
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in business administration or supply chain management or equivalent thorough experience
Minimum 3 year of experience in integrated supply chain and/or customer facing
Six Sigma Trained, or Certified (green or black belt preferred) and proven results in lean project / program management
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, JDE)
Business acumen in a medical device industry
Experience in support and supply chain implementation of regulatory project
Excellent influencing and communication skills
Change agent
Proven Finance acumen
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate good leadership attributes and experience managing in a matrix organization
