You should feel confident in making decisions, get the job done, and be good with people and details—all while keeping tight control over the bottom line in this exciting Digital Marketing Manager opportunity. You must be experienced and knowledgeable as we are looking for someone who understands the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis, and campaign execution. In this Digital Marketing Manager role, you will get the unique opportunity to head digital improvement initiatives and participate in digital transformation efforts. Responsibilities
- Manage a skilled team of digital specialists and take the lead on the digital strategy
- Evolve, launch, constitute, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns and also spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions
- Incite more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
- Conduct weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
- Cooperate with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to boost the customer journey & experience
- Secure that the CRM plan is executed according to plan and within budget
- Give clear communications to the customer that are fitting to their needs and life stage
- Arrange take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
- Preceding managerial role
- A steady combo of skill, management experience and initiative
- Deliberate multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
- Savvy in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
- Has substantial experience in expanding digital brands with strong ROI
- Digital Content experience
- Paid Social experience preferred
- Deep understanding of PPC (pay per click)
- Practical knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
- Experience working in vendor management
- Knowledge in frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site
