Sales Producer - P&C Insurance
Job Description
We are currently seeking to fill both part-time and full-time Insurance Sales Producer positions. In this position, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. The Sales Producer will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance.
This position requires a valid Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance license OR a Colorado Personal Lines Insurance license. If you currently possess this license, or the equivalent in another state, you are all set to start. If you require licensing, we will talk you through the process and allow you time to get up to speed and meet the requirement on the job, so please don’t hesitate to apply!

Responsibilities
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales by phone, email, and chat
• Consult and educate families and businesses regarding property and casualty insurance benefits
• Process customer policy change requests
• Promote retirement plans and life insurance options
• Be proficient with computer data processes and communication platforms, including meticulous annotation of client contact and follow up
Requirements
• Must be great with people, especially over the phone
• Must be very detail oriented and well organized
• Must have excellent technology skills
• Must be proactive and motivated to achieve sales goals
