Hourly Assistant Manager

General Description

Maintain Operations While Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Respond to routine customer complaints and inform the next level of management as necessary.
Ability to perform all opening and closing functions.
Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures.
Observes, assesses and maintains environment for cleanliness.
Supervise the performance of associates.
Provide effective leadership on assigned shifts; serve as role model for professional behavior.
Adhere to the cash handling policy.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 40 lbs occasionally with little or no assistance; 10-20 lbs frequently.
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop.
Must be able to stand up to 4 hours with no break.
