Positions in this function are responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on designing optimized data architecture, building business intelligence tools, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality. Responsibilities in this role include implementing and maintaining a data warehouse, creating specifications to bring data into a common structure, developing and maintaining Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, and working with our IT partners with supporting our data warehouse infrastructure. Team members will typically use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and ETL software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Operations and Business Partners in identifying data and reporting requirements
- Work within the Data Team in analyzing database needs, designing data architecture, and maintaining data warehouse assets
- Responsible for data discovery and data modeling
- Design, implement and maintain ETL processes to ensure data availability and data integrity
- Optimize the BI data layer of the data warehouse for reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with IT teams in designing and implementing data solutions

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or minimum 5 years' experience in data warehouse design and support
- 3+ years of data modeling and/or data warehouse design and support
- 2+ years of experience with developing and maintaining ETL processes such as SSIS
- 2+ years of RDBMS experience, such as MS SQL or Oracle, including advanced query development, database design and performance optimization
- 2+ years of experience in process/workflow documentation with the ability to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Detail oriented, comfortable with complex / large data sets, and proven troubleshooting abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cloud / Big Data platforms such as SnowFlake, Hive, Azure, AWS
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience with statistical tools
- Experience with workforce management theories and call center environments

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
