Brugada Kitchen + Bar is relaunching with a completely new atmosphere and nightlife experience. Brugada is looking for individuals that vibe with the new establishment and growth.

We are searching for awesome fun people to join our reopening team at Brugada Kitchen + Bar in Nashville. We have a high vibe, lux, music focus lounge + kitchen in the heart of downtown Commerce & Second Street. Do you have a passion for music, food, and providing an amazing service in a lux lounge atmosphere? Then you are vibing with the beat of our soul and we want you!

We are looking for bartenders who are enthusiastically qualified, hard-working, individuals with a passion for service and providing a great customer experience. Experience with Pos system, high volume, and/or extensive cocktail training are all beneficial but not required.

The Bartender Role is responsible for creating and serving drinks to the customer specifications, providing excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced environment. Also need the ability to work a flexible schedule and have a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Must have a working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes

• Requires basic math skills and the ability to handle money and operate a cash register or POS system

• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency

• Foodservice and/or other certification as required by the franchise

• 1-2 years of beverage knowledge

• Experience in a high volume restaurant is a must

• Must be of legal age to serve liquor per state law

• Follow uniform protocols

Responsibilities:

• Performs duties in accordance with established company policies for drink size, recipe, and proper glassware

• Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Handle cash transactions in accordance with the proper cash handling policy

• Performs complete bar setup, including ice, garnish, glassware, etc

• Works as part of a team

• Provides prompt, professional, friendly, and personalized service to our guests

• Attends and participates in any training sessions, department meetings

• Always smiles and greets guests warmly and genuinely

• Provides professional and exceptional food and beverage service

• Delivers food and beverages to guests

• Familiarity with point of sale systems

• Excellent communication skills

• Responds to patrons' questions and their needs

• Proper serving of wine and alcohol (with awareness)

• Properly executes closing procedures

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
