Our Nurse Practitioners are vital to our success. We are searching for Nurse Practitioners who will provide on-going medical management for patients in the post-acute care, rehabilitation setting. The Nurse Practitioner will be a member of the medical and interdisciplinary team to effectively designate processes for meeting the patient’s medical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. This will include but not limited to: developing, evaluating, and updating, medical treatment plans.

Educational Requirements

Currently licensed as RN in state; Masters Degree in Nursing and certification through a national Nurse Practitioner licensing board.

Position Requirements

Prior Nurse Practitioner experience, preferred
