Customer Service Representative
Ajilon is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job, located in New Hyde Park, New York. This is an excellent contract opportunity in the legal industry.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of data entry, call center and claims analysis tasks, responsible for maintaining steady work flow from intake of calls and claim forms
- Maintains acceptable working knowledge of claims and correspondence processing including a basic understanding of settlement protocol, tracks and manages error patterns and implements appropriate solutions
- Evaluates audit and quality assurance findings and initiates corrective actions interacts with potential claimants in a professional, respectful, and articulate manner over the phone
- Highschool diploma/GED required
- Proficient with Microsoft office, Excel
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Customer Service Representative
