Customer Service Representative

Ajilon is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job, located in New Hyde Park, New York. This is an excellent contract opportunity in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of data entry, call center and claims analysis tasks, responsible for maintaining steady work flow from intake of calls and claim forms
  • Maintains acceptable working knowledge of claims and correspondence processing including a basic understanding of settlement protocol, tracks and manages error patterns and implements appropriate solutions
  • Evaluates audit and quality assurance findings and initiates corrective actions interacts with potential claimants in a professional, respectful, and articulate manner over the phone
  • Qualifications:

  • Highschool diploma/GED required
  • Proficient with Microsoft office, Excel
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Customer Service Representative
  • Worksite: Onsite
