Warehouse Supervisor (FT)
Job Description
BE Power Equipment Inc., North America’s fastest-growing manufacturer of power equipment, is seeking to add a Warehouse Supervisor for our branch location in Shakopee, MN. This position requires hands-on leadership and will report to the General Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive our pick and pack staff to make our commitments to our customers.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Work with the stocking crew to make sure inventory is stocked correctly.
- Set picking standards and hold people accountable to them.
- Full understanding of UPS, Fed Ex LTL, and FTL movements.
- Navigate customer shipping portals.
- Daily connection with employees at other branches.
- Ensure that all production jobs, quality, and safety goals are met.
- Motivate and drive production employees to ensure efficient workflow.
- Review production schedules and monitor production processes to ensure requirements are met.
- Resolve production issues in a timely manner and take preventive or corrective action.
- Additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a production environment preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing Concepts.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm and collected during stressful situations.
- Prior experience with industrial equipment is considered an asset.
- Ability to work well under tight and strict deadlines.
- Mechanical aptitude and/or experience with small engines is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
Hours of Operations:
- Monday- Friday: 7 am to 3:30 pm.
- However, additional time may be required to fulfill production goals.
Salary commensurate with experience.
