If you live and breathe social media marketing and community management, let’s talk. We are looking for an A Player to develop, execute and optimize our social marketing campaigns, as well as manage our loyal and growing community.

You will lead integrated social marketing campaigns from concept to execution and maintain our “always on” organic presence. This is an exciting role with tremendous opportunity for collaboration, as you will work cross-functionally with the co-founders, content and marketing teams.

We are open to both contract and full-time applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Build audience acquisition plans and growth strategies specifically for Instagram and TikTok
• Lead an always-on social media strategy: Establish viral and data-driven strategies and tactics
• Spearhead and manage Pinterest strategy and presence
• Monitor social performance and translate learnings into actionable insights for growth
• Manage the cross-platform content calendar and cadence with a strong understanding of the ongoing business needs; Be mindful of the balance between promotional, educational, storytelling and entertainment
• Be willing to produce, edit and distribute content (visual, video, text) that is optimized for social platforms, specifically (Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest)
• Project manage creative timelines and execution
• Provide weekly data reporting for all social platforms & share insights with content department
• Edit and approves social posts for accuracy, audience relevance, and tone, including real-time decision-making at various stages of content development
• Maintain knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices and adapt to bossbabe brand in real-time ensuring we are always on trend
• Track and aggregate communityUGC across social platforms. Proactively surface this content to the Head of Content to be used in multi-purpose streams and repost on owned channels

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience (3+ years) working in social media on an account with 500K+ followers
• Someone with the executional ability to quickly edit video and audio for Instagram & Tiktok video content
• A strong communicator - this is a highly collaborative role where you will both be managing team priorities as well as sharing results & KPIs with the leadership team
• Emotional intelligence and savvy with how to work with different people and personalities to maximize results while maintaining a healthy team environment
• A highly organized and deadline-driven individual; someone who can ensure execution requirements are met in a fast-moving environment
