Our Position: We are currently seeking a Full Time (40 hrs) Program Manager for our Day Services- Without Walls program located in downtown Buffalo, NY. This position develops an individuals habilitation plan for each person consistent w/ the individuals needs, preferences & personal goals. Other duties include but not limited to:

• Participates in intake meetings for new enrollees & ensures all documentation for the services has been obtained

• Assesses the individuals functioning & potential for vocational, self-care, self-direction communication, recreation & social skills to assist in development of staff action plan

• Maintains monthly progress notes on objectives in the staff action plan

• Ensures match of individuals to appropriate program location/staffing ratio

Our Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. No nights, no weekends and no holidays!

Our Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or closely related developmental disabilities field plus (1) yr of experience working w/ people with disabilities.

• Great communication skills (oral & written!)

• Ability to supervise activities of staff members & program participants

• Valid NYS Drivers License & approved record
