Enrolled Agent
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Enrolled Agent with active credentials
- At least 3 years as an Enrolled Agent (preferred) with experience with tax resolution matters (offer in compromise, installment agreements, currently not collectible status, levy release, innocent spouse, etc.)
- Strong communication (verbal & written) skills and excellent customer service skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Intaking tax relief leads, hearing their situation, informing them what you think can be done for them, and converting them into clients
- Obtaining and analyzing tax transcripts
- Reviewing and analyzing financial documents in order to identify the best possible resolution for our clients
- Meeting deadlines and tasks in a timely manner to further expedite the resolution process
- Providing excellent customer service while multitasking clients, tasks, goals, and expectations
- Maintaining proper notes in CRM and tracking progress accordingly
- Regularly establishing contact with the IRS and/or state tax agencies
- Providing realistic timelines and case updates to clients and owner on a daily and weekly basis
- Enrolling clients into tax relief programs
