Enrolled Agent

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed Enrolled Agent with active credentials
  • At least 3 years as an Enrolled Agent (preferred) with experience with tax resolution matters (offer in compromise, installment agreements, currently not collectible status, levy release, innocent spouse, etc.)
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) skills and excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Responsibilities:

    • Intaking tax relief leads, hearing their situation, informing them what you think can be done for them, and converting them into clients
    • Obtaining and analyzing tax transcripts
    • Reviewing and analyzing financial documents in order to identify the best possible resolution for our clients
    • Meeting deadlines and tasks in a timely manner to further expedite the resolution process
    • Providing excellent customer service while multitasking clients, tasks, goals, and expectations
    • Maintaining proper notes in CRM and tracking progress accordingly
    • Regularly establishing contact with the IRS and/or state tax agencies
    • Providing realistic timelines and case updates to clients and owner on a daily and weekly basis
    • Enrolling clients into tax relief programs
