Customer Service Representative

Body Renew Alaska has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. If you're experienced working in service, retail, or hospitality capacity we'd love to have you join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible to ensure our guests and members are treated with a relaxing and superior experience. You are also responsible for driving new business initiatives and sales for the club, as well as, assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the facility. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Guest Services; Greet Members and Guests Enthusiastically and Professionally
• Understand and Promote Benefits of Body Renew Membership Programs
• Membership Sales
• Increase Brand Awareness and Business Growth
• Schedule New Member Appointments
• Make Appointment Confirmation Calls and Make Follow-up Calls
• Tour Potential New Members through the Facility
• Build Rapport with Members to Find the Path to their Goals
• Create New Business Internally and Externally through Promotions and Referrals
• Successfully Reach and Attain Individual Monthly Goals
• Assist Current Members with Account Questions
• Assist with keeping an Organized and Clean Facility
• Monday Thru Friday 6 am to 10 am

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old or older to apply
• Goal orientated and motivated
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Passion to help other others in their health and wellness lives

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to reach with arms and hands, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, walk, talk, and hear
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Preferred:

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and pleasant personality
• Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times
• Experience or general knowledge and interest in health and fitness
• Previous customer service in retail or fitness sales is a plus
