Job Description:

• The Team You will be a member of the Integration Solutions team that enables Institutional' s strategic customers and vendors to connect their technology with our platform.
• This team helps integrate new clients and support existing clients to implement robust brokerage functionality.
• Support strategic clients and third-party vendors through our work as we collaborate with teams across Institutional as well as the enterprise.
• The Role In this role you will optimize the end user experience by applying your client service and support skills, technical competence, and brokerage knowledge to support connectivity and platform integration for institutional Clearing and Custody Clients.

The Expertise You Have and the Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3 - 5 years meaningful work experience in the securities industry (brokerage) Client/Relationship management Supporting External Clients Technical project management Agile methodologies at scale (preferred) APIs (XML, SOAP, Rest, WSO2) (preferred) XML and JSON components Single Sign On technologies (PingFederate, SAML, Okta) (preferred).
• Excellence in client support and the passion to work with clients and vendors directly Your excellent problem solving and analytical skills and solid understanding of connectivity models.
• Ability to work independently using project leadership and decision-making skills as an excellent teammate, help develop solutions for functional business challenges and help to implement them.
• Working with clients to deploy solutions and integrate connectivity and business functionality through technology. Presenting, coordinating, and leading clients through the process Consulting with clients to understand their needs and advising on solutions Configuring, testing, and problem-solving Researching detailed information and specifications Coordinating with multiple partners in a fast-paced environment
• We are looking for a candidate with either PM, Client Management, Vendor Management experience, overseeing App Dev/SDLC projects.
• Previous experience with Technical Project Management, Vendor Management, or Client Management experience in an Agile environment that has had exposure to internal/external technical client migrations with a focus on API's and SSO or other connectivity technologies in an Agile environment.

Top Skills:

• PM /Client Facing experience API and SSO exposure/understanding

Nice to have:

• Triage/debugging experience with the ability to support client on-boarding in a manner that provides solutions and/or deploys solutions and integrate connectivity and business functionality through technology

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

• One 45-60-minute technical interview followed by a 30-minute managerial interview.
