Customer Success Representative

We're looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our Customer Success team! If you like the thrill of the chase and are passionate about retaining customers and showing them the best way to use our product, we'd love to meet you!

Your new adventure:
    • Have a self-starter attitude and engage with existing accounts, assessing their engagement and risk of churn
    • Create and execute an action plan that speaks to each customer's needs while focusing on their retention
    • Identify patterns and provide valuable feedback to our internal teams, so we can keep developing our product and building the best customer journey
    • Negotiate opportunities to avoid churn and add value to customers through product adoption and stickiness
    • Perform product consultation and advisement to customers with low engagement
    • Keep a consistent and general understanding of Pipedrive's product suite
    • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over phone, video and email
    • Educate prospects on Pipedrive's self-enablement tools and best practices
    • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and follow-ups
    • Participate in maintenance of detailed documentation about your segment of Pipedrive's customers
    • Drive attendance for webinars, marketing events and live seminars

Does this sound like you?
    • Experience in sales and customer-facing interactions is a plus
    • Ability to work in distributed teams, contributing for the team's success
    • Proactive mindset that's comfortable with outbound calls and interactions with customers
    • Eagerness and ability to learn new software quickly
    • Strong work ethics
    • Talent for building and nurturing professional client relationships
    • Bachelor's degree is a plus
    • Experience with a CRM is a plus
    • Customer-oriented mindset
