Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details
You will lead SaaS Implementations with new customers, ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets, set implementation timeline and customer satisfaction goals, guidelines and measurement, coordinate cross functional department resources, map out project plans, and develop processes/strategies to optimize and streamline Implementation operations.
Apply expert knowledge of the implementation/large project process, providing strategic direction, making decisions, and solving complex problems to drive consistent implementation processes that ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Resource projects appropriately and manage the team’s time and resources
Monitor and manage costs to functional budget
Actively manage and improve key performance indicators such as but not limited to client satisfaction, time to value, budget-to-actual, and backlog
Manage both technical and business owners’ relationship escalations from the customer Implementation, ensuring appropriate and proactive customer communications setting realistic expectations
Collaborate with sales and Customer Success to ensure successful client onboarding and hand-off
Provide insight to sales regarding expansion opportunities
Resolve issues and mitigate risks across projects
Manage large-scale, complex Implementations with multi-product efforts that engage customer stakeholders, partners/vendors, and other stakeholders
Establish process for assessing performance, capacity, and identifying common risk patterns; develop strategies to drive operational efficiency and risk reduction including measures to gauge impact and effectiveness of improvements
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, market data and new product rollouts

- At least 5 years of experience with complex implementations
- At least 1 year of experience within a SaaS company
