100% Remote, Full Time

Reports to Delivery Director Solutions


Role Purpose


The Engagement Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of solutions in Experis accounts and ensures that all project deliverables are managed and delivered according to the statement of work or contract proposed. Responsible for relationship management with both the client and consultants.


Accountabilities


Results & Strategy


• Execute the engagement strategy as defined by SOW or client.


• Manage engagement costs while driving growth within the client and to improve overall efficiency.


• Works with Sales, Solutions Executives and Platform to expand relationship within client to drive growth and uncover new opportunities.

Responsible to identify and address risks to the engagement or the account and notify Senior Leadership in the delivery organization.

Measured by:


• Successful Delivery of projects on time and within budget constraints.


• Business continuation, meeting or exceeding margins.


Client & Candidate


• Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the client and consultants on assignment with client to drive program evolution and to pursue new opportunities to expand scope and services.


• Manage the client and candidate relationship to address questions and escalations and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Measured by:


• Positive candidate and client experience, retention


Thought Leadership


• Leverage expertise in project management within Experis (Solutions) to promote learning and development across team. Stay abreast of our solutions offerings.


• Recommend improvements to delivery processes

Experience


Required

● 5+ years implementing technology projects and solutions and/or consulting

● Familiarity with UX/usability research and methods

● Project management experience


Nice to Have

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

● Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

● Experience with research operations including remote and onsite study management, data collection, participant recruiting, annotation and reporting

● Project Management certification

● Worked for a large, global, matrixed organization

● People management experience
