This role is responsible for growing and thriving the IRBY name in their market. The General Sales Manager will manage the day-to-day workflow and put a continuous focus on optimizing IRBY processes. Responsibilities include formulating growth strategy and constantly improving market performance and efficiency. IRBY's success is based on the success of its people. We are proud to offer resources to our team. The General Sales Manager will be supported by a sales coach, dedicated appointment setters, and a corporate training program.

Responsibilities

  • Set performance and revenue growth goals
  • Qualify sales prospects in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow established procedures and checklists to evaluate properties and formulate offers
  • Help to develop and implement improvements strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion


Qualifications

  • Proven success in a high-pressure sales environment
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions
  • Objective and pragmatic in solving problems
  • Strong ability to prioritize
  • Must pass a background check to get a Real Estate License
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car


Compensation

$100,000 yearly at plan
