Document Control Officer with Security Clearance

BAI is currently seeking a Document Control Officer for an upcoming program based at Point Mugu. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your existing security experience as well as gain new skills in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate for this position will support sensitive security procedures with primary duties involving logging incoming/outgoing materials and personnel, personnel escorting through secure facility spaces, inventory of sensitive material, preparing and transporting sensitive material, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate should have a general understanding of DoD Security Directives. Applicants should be organized, ambitious, detail oriented, demonstrate initiative, and can work well with others in the work environment. This is an entry to mid-level position with growth potential for more responsibility after demonstrated experience. Requirements • Current DoD Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance - Automatic Document Control System (ACDS) • 2 years' experience within DoD classified security environment, 1 year of which supporting Special Access Program (SAP) environment preferred • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite • High School Diploma - Familiarity with database systems used in document control, bar coding, classified marking, accountability, database entry and preparation of receipts.
