Senior Security Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY :
The Senior Security Specialist will perform Antiterrorism (AT)/Operations Security (OPSEC) support, analysis, coordination, integration, resource management, and program management. Provide professional and management development training support. Provide force protection operational support and emergency management support. Assist with the Biometric Intelligence Program. Conduct critical infrastructure assessments.

Work will be performed at Fort Belvoir, VA, Fort Meade, MD, or Fort Gordon, GA.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) in developing several principal tasks such as AT/OPSEC planning, AT/OPSEC training, AT/OPSEC policy development, and AT/OPSEC assessments.
Provide training management, development, staffing, and coordination of AT Policies, in support of the INSCOM's AT Program.
Assisting in the development of INSCOM Operation Plans (OPLANs), Operation Orders
(OPORDS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assisting in scheduling, coordinating, and arranging antiterrorism assessments at
INSCOM facilities, activities and subordinate units at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Conduct Vulnerability Assessments (VAs) of INSCOM Mission Essential Vulnerable
Areas (MEVAs) and High Risk Targets (HRTs).
Support INSCOM, G-3 Protection Branch, with AT related assistance when the INSCOM Crisis Action Team (CAT) is established/activated.
Provide AT/OPSEC Resource Management (RM) for a broad range of technical and management support including: AT/OPSEC RM policy; RM strategy; funding requirements analysis; and ancillary duties as assigned.
Provide Requirements/RM for AT Army Protection Program Assessments and Force Protection (FP) Operational Support issues, requirements analysis and development, RM action plans, and coordination in support of the INSCOM's AT Program.
Provide OPSEC support to include Program Management support for issues, requirements
analysis, and coordination in support of the INSCOM's OPSEC Program.
Provide Emergency Management Support and assist with development of commands Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Emergency Management (EM) program as it relate to
Antiterrorism/Force Protection.
Assist with Biometric Intelligence Program support to help manage Identity Intelligence requirements and assist units.

Provide Critical Infrastructure Assessment Support and conduct a criticality assessment to identify, classify, and prioritize mission-essential assets, facilities, resources, and personnel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of experience managing force protection, antiterrorism, OPSEC, Emergency Management supporting military operations.

Shall possess knowledge and experience of the Army Inside Threat program, COOP program, strategic planning and the conduct of antiterrorism, OPSEC, and vulnerability assessments
CLEARANCE LEVEL:

Active Top-Secret Clearance with eligibility for obtaining SCI Clearance
CERTIFICATION(S):
IAT level II certified
OPSEC Level II
