Accounting Manager

Compensation: $120000.00 to $140000.00 yearly
A world-renowned Real Estate company is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their talented team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company, currently considered a major player within its industry. Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager will include collaborating with Project Accountants to ensure accuracy of financial reporting, reviewing operating reports, analyzing the general ledger, assisting with annual budget preparation, coordinating internal and external audits, handling due diligence process related to property acquisitions, and managing other projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and at least 6 years of experience. The Accounting Manager must have a background in public accounting and Real Estate. CPA also required. This exciting opportunity will be filled by a strong leader with exceptional project management skills and a hands-on attitude.
