As a Multimedia Developer, you will be responsible for providing multimedia expertise and support in the development of instructional content, tools, and courses that enhances and supports the transfer of learning for the client's educational programs in support of the mission! Click APPLY to be contacted about this position What You Will Be Doing: * Leveraging knowledge in the areas of graphics and interface design, multimedia programming, animation design and development, video editing, audio production, and recording for the production of education and training materials, documents, and presentations. * Supporting the development and maintenance of various learning-related multimedia solutions as they relate to the development of instructional content, tools, and courses through the use of current graphics, video, and design technology and software. * Consulting with and addressing general client requests for support as they relate to multimedia technologies and solutions. * Originating design, art, and copy layouts and determining style, size, and arrangement of type for various print products (to include digital signage). * Translating client requirements into design and storyboard requirements. * Providing design and development of graphics for use in motion graphics and animation for video products. * Providing well-developed leadership qualities and planning and conducting assignments involving larger and more important projects or more than one project. * Reviewing progress and evaluating results; leading or directing projects. Must Have: * MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI with CI Polygraph, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances. * Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (After Effects a plus). * Experience with Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate Storyline. * Ability to be a self-starter with demonstrated customer support and collaboration expertise. * Ability to multitask across multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced and team-based environment. * Ability to display a portfolio that showcases broad design expertise. * HS diploma or GED and 2+ additional years of multimedia experience in a professional work environment. Nice to Have: * Possession of excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. * Bachelor's degree in Art, Multimedia Design, Instructional Technology, or related area.
