Program Manager

As a Program Manager you will direct efforts between projects leading the overall program with strong attention to businessobjectives, implementation, and delegation. In this position you will help clients stay on schedule, on spec and ultimately on an upwardtrajectory of success and growth. #LI-REMOTE

• Formulates, organizes and monitors inter-connected projects

• Decides on suitable strategies and objectives

• Directs cross-project activities

• Assesses program performance and aims to maximize ROI for all internal and external stakeholders

• Analyzes, evaluates, and overcomes program risks

• Produces and presents program reports for management and stakeholders

• Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved

• Develops and controls deadlines, budgets and activities

• Anticipates, mitigates, and resolves issues that could derail projects

• Manages hours tracking, including utilization, erosion, and reporting of hours

• Identifies key requirements and execution support needed from cross-functional teams

• Other duties as assigned

• 10+ years of previous technical project manager experience

• Bachelors Degree required

• Previous system replacement and/or integration project management experience required

• Previous experience working with business and technical executives to outline and executive against strategic roadmaps required

• Exceptional time management skills

• Previous stakeholder and vendor management experience in a project environment preferred

• Insurance industry experience preferred
