• Performs daily rounds
• Connect with residents and deliver hands on care
• Provides treatments and evaluate resident's physical and emotional status
• Support clinical team members
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by attending physician
• Utilizes EHR for documentation and accuracy of clinical care and resident information
• Complete accident/incident reports, as needed
• Transcribe physician's orders to EHR and care plans

Requirements

• Valid Nurse License within the state of Pennsylvania (LPN, LVN, GPN)
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude toward the elderly
