The customer's office manages and allocates group fiscal resources. The office participates in annual budget exercises, responds to ad hoc resource-related inquiries from external audiences, and assists various groups in determining and meeting their resource requirements. The customer has a need for software development support with technical expertise specializing in the development and maintenance of custom applications, focusing on tools and dashboards. Required skills and demonstrated experience The Contractor shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience: Demonstrated experience with PL/SQL Demonstrated experience developing visual concepts and prototypes Highly Desired skills and demonstrated experience Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include: Demonstrated experience developing custom reporting tools or dashboards. Demonstrated experience developing and accessing WebServices to automate ETL efforts. Demonstrated experience with the following technologies: Oracle Database, Oracle APEX, Oracle ORDS Demonstrated experience with the following programming languages: JavaScript, CSS, Java (or similar WebService access language) MUST be a US Citizen with a U.S. Government clearance - Intel with Polygraph NOTE: Must have an active TS-SCI with poly.
