Job Description:

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling tax compliance and advisory engagements in a variety of industries.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm

• CPA licensed

• Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff

• Experience with complex partnership allocations

• Good project management and analytical skills

• Self-motivated team player with effective communication skills

• Experience in managing, developing and training staff accountants

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

• Handling tax compliance and advisory engagements in a variety of industries with a focus on Small to Medium sized businesses.

• Managing, developing and training Staff Accountants

• Work closely with firm leadership to play a key role in business development and firm administration activities.

• Review and Prepare Tax Returns

• Keeping informed of current tax developments and effectively applying tax knowledge/research to specific client situations and communicating tax developments with team members.
