PriceLabs is a market-leading revenue management tool for the vacation and short-term rental industry. We are an SMB/Mid-market focused product with mostly self-serve and some sales-assisted motion.

PriceLabs is looking for high-energy SMB CSMs to onboard and retain our global customer base

About the Role:
  • Understand customer needs and help them understand how PriceLabs tools fit into their approach. Lead in-depth product demonstrations.
  • Help prospects and customers set up their PriceLabs accounts and optimize as needed.
  • Engage with customers proactively to help them improve their use of PriceLabs

About You:
  • Prior experience with SaaS companies
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Customer Success, Solution Consultant or in other sales/customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • You are a roll-up your sleeves and get work done kind of person.
  • Organisational and time-management skills. Enthusiastic and passionate.
